Is there any templates that can be used for creating Avery CD ROM labels?

Yes and no. I assume you are talking about round stickers for CD/DVD’s.
In the label list (File->New->Labels) there is one set “Avery Zweckform” with a lot of “CD Etiketten” but they are only squares of the seize of the CD no circles which might gives you a hint where to write.
I checked only in Writer maybe Impress has different templates.
There are 3 templates here that might be useful.
ADDON: Forgot to mention that the label descriptions are all in German.
