No way. The filename information is not stored at all. The bytes of the image is saved inside the ODF package. By the way, some would consider revealing original filenames in documents as privacy issue.
But note that you may extract the image itself from the package, which is actually a ZIP.

Not “Where?”. When Mike wrote
he meant your Draw-File. Just Copy to some name like test.zip
and open this copy. In most OS you can open zip-archives directly. Windows will by default hide “known” extensions and shows a different icon instead (from the program, wich is the default handler for zips)

(Renaming would also be possible, but with a copy you will not damage the original…)
