Base closes itself

hello eveybody
for some reason, Base closes itself when i try to do almost anything.
in the image below, if i click “Tables”, “Create form in design view” or “Use wizard to create form”, it simply closes. i get no error nor anything, it just closes.

i’m using LibreOffice 5.4.1.2.0 40m0(Build:2), in Debian Testing 32bit

Insure you have Java 32-bit JRE installed. Also from menu Tools->Options then LibreOffice->Advanced :

Make sure ‘Use a Java runtime environment’ is checked. Then at least one JRE should be selected.
