Base - How to enter new data

I have a Base set of Tables, Queries, Forms, Reports

How do I add new data or edit existing data?

I can do this by editing the Report, but that does not change the data in the Table.

Usually the same method used to enter the original data. Typically one or more of your forms.

  • have you tried double-clicking on any of the tables in your list of tables that you can reach by clicking on the Tables icon ?
  • similarly, have you tried opening any of the forms (double-click), after displaying the list of available forms by clicking on the Forms icon ?
