I have two computers synced with dropbox. If I enter info into Base on one computer there will be two Base programs in Dropbox on the other computer. I can enter data from either computer but they don’t sync.
I don’t know what that “answer” means but will try not to. I thought I was just posting on a libroffice forum web site

Using Dropbox does not give you multi user capabilities. It can only be used, with care, on one system or another at a time. Not doing so can cause DB corruption depending upon the type of Base file and database used.
Best way to use on a system is to copy from shared folder to another folder, do whatever to Base in that other folder then place this new Base file in the synced folder replacing the original. Now it can be used by the other computer in the same manner.

Thanks, I will try saving on one computer and then copying to Dropbox and see how it goes on the other computer. It’s not a big deal, just an annoyance.
