Is there any intention of adding RTF as a Category to your Base Memo field like there is in MS Access? I use Access a lot and have about 30,000 memo records which include a lot of character formatting (italics, bold, underlining, etc.). I have considered moving to LibreOffice, but have not because I can find no way to preserve this character formatting.
LO Base Forms support formatted fields with a limited subset of formatting attributes, but apparently that formatting is not stored in the underlying table field. As far as I know, there is no future development planned at the moment on integrating such a feature.
