base on mac osx: connection issue because of an integrity constraint violation

Good morning,
I’m using LibreOffice 6.2 Base on mac OSX Catalina (10.15.7).
I have a simple database with 4 main entities and some relationship.
When I try to access to tables from Base main window I receive the error message: “The connection to the data source … could not be established - firedird_sdbc error: *violation of PRIMARY or UNIQUE KEY constraint…”
I suppose the database file is corrupted… but I can’t see the table any more to do any recovery action…
Is there a way to recover it or fix the error?
Is there a way to open the database disabling integrity constraints checking? (to delete corrupted data)

I already tried -with no effect- to:

• Open Base in Safe mode
• Copy the .odb file
• Write direct SQL commands

Based on message, only immediate thought is to try removing any relations.

If still a problem and there is no personal/confidential information in the DB, post a copy by editing your question. See → How do I attach a file to my question/answer?
