I have just written a macro and no matter what I do the error "

I have just written a macro and no matter what I do the error " BASIC syntax error. Expected: Sub."
I do not know what to look for. In edit I can see 1000+ lines.
I do go from one page to another but in the same workbook.
It is not a complicated macro, but I have not done this for 10 years.
Any help will be appreciated but it will have to be detailed.

Hi thanks for responding.I used to do scheduling for Tenneco Auto and wrote macros for that and thought that it was quite complicated compared to what I am trying to do here. I have been my wife’s carer for 14 years and set myself challenges.I have simplified the macro and is now only 400+ lines but with the same error code.How do I send the macro to you?The comment only allows for 1000 characters so i will try to send it over in two comment blocks. If this does not work please let me know.Many thanks,Brian

I just realised that the macro has 9000+ characters so am not sure how to send it
