Beginner LO Writer: delete text frames

Dear all,

i generate a docx file from a PDF for further editing (I use pdf2docx.com)
The convertion generates some text boxes which I cannot reproduce myself on OO Writer.
They behave more like tables, but i cannot select them like I do with tables.
I also cannot move or click on them like in the case of text boxes.
What is it? (see pic)
How to get rid of them maintaining text?

In general, a sample file is better than a picture. Check if that’s a section though…

These are sections, see Format→Sections, or in a recent enough LO, right-click inside one and choose Edit Section....

Removing sections in the dialog only removes section, not its contents.
