Better Gtk appareance

Greetings:
I’m using Debian Testing and I installed 3.5.4 from the tar.gz LibreOffice that can be downloaded from the website. The problem is that there is a package repositories called LibreOffice-gtk but nothing seemed to improve the appearance of LibreOffice, and LibreOffice-gtk package is in the repositories is version 3.4.

What I can do to look better in LibreOffice Xfce and fits my gtk theme?

How do the most recent builds look? Is there something in particular that you’d like to see improved or integrated with your GTK theme?
