When clicking a cross-reference, the cursor jumps to that position.
When setting the Nagivator (F5) to “Recency” mode, the “Back” button allows going back to the position where we came from.
But is it also possible to bind that behavior to a hotkey?
I assume it is Previous element. Click Tools > Customise and select Keyboard tab, select a suitable blank key combination, and select Navigate and Previous Element, then click Modify button. See Keyboard help.
This seems to do it. (Though curiously it does not work if bound to Alt+Left.)
