Bitdefender is stopping LibreOffice writer from saving a new document and or updating an existing document.

One of Two Error Messages;
Error message:
Error saving the document Bitdefender 2013 create exclusion folders and processes:
Write Error.
Error writing file.
And or second error message:
Error saving the document Bitdefender 2013 create exclusion folders and processes:
Access to C:\Users\User\Documents\Computer_Electronics_Software_Documents\BitDefender\Bitdefender 2013 create exclusion folders and processes.odt was denied.
Bitdefender has been set to exclude LibreOffice using the following instructions:
Exclude file extensions from Bitdefender Antivirus scan
1. Click Protection on the navigation menu on the Bitdefender interface.
2. In the ANTIVIRUS pane, click Open.
3. In the Settings window, click Manage Exceptions.
4. Click +Add an Exception.
5. Click On Settings
Please advise on how to resolve this issue
