Borders around the text, not around the table?

How do I get borders around the text, not around the table?

There can be several solutions depending on what you call “text”.

  1. Borders around the page
These are defined in the page style. The borders surround the usable area. They delimit this area as defined by margins.
The usable area contains the header, footer and “main text” area. You can draw borders around footer and header but none around the “main text”.

  2. Borders around paragraph
These are defined in the paragraph style. Paragraph indents and spacing are outside the borders (but first line indent is inside).

  3. Borders around word or group of words
These are defined in the character style.

In all cases, padding is the (internal) distance between the borders and text. Padding may drastically reduce available space inside the borders.

Ok, many thanks!

To be more specif:

How do I set a border around the highlighted text and do you suggest to use a different colour?

Borders around text?

P.s. unfortunately it’s not highlighted, but it’s this text: Experto en Traducción y Tecnología

Both instances of that text are a separate paragraph; See @ajlittoz #2 suggestion above.

Ok, thanks!

Does this mean that I’ve to study paragraph style?

Can you display (= make it visible) in your document the various paragraphs I used?
