When printing a brochure, the middle pages are blank, Somehow, the splitting process is confused if there are an odd number of pages (perhaps), This printed just fine in Microsoft Publisher. If because of odd number of pages, add a blank page at the end of the document before “formatting,”
In fact, adding 4 - pages MOD 4 did “fix” the problem. I had 41 [ages and adding 3 blank ones at the end gave me the correct printing (oddly, with the blank pages missing but … So, if you really want note pages, etc at the end, put a period or white image on the last one),
