BUG Libreoffice Calc copy paste change decimal completely

I am using Libreoffice on Debian with sway (Not sure if that has anything to do with the bug).
I also use nextcloud collabora on University account.
I try to copy these values from local document in calc:

0,0736
0,0831
0,0935
0,105
0,105
0,105
0,105
0,117
0,13
0,13
0,144
0,144
0,144
and when I copy them on the online calc they become:
0,0736
0,0831
0,0935
105
105
105
105
117
0,13
0,13
144
144
144

What is this sorcery ?

Select a locale with decimal comma as import locale. German, French, Russian, Spanish or something Scandinavian.

It means that in your locale, comma is thousand separator; do in text where it separates three digits, it is recognized as such - i.e., 0,105 is “zero thousand one hundred five”; but when it doesn’t separate a group of three, it’s not recognized as a valid number, keeping it text.

If you have numbers, make sure they use correct decimal separator. If you have texts, make sure to pre-format it as such.
