Bug report: adding an item from Gallery changes the measurement size to CM

LibreOffice Draw, version 25.2.4.3
Reproduction: open LibreOffice Draw, set measurement unit (via options → LibreOffice Draw → general) to anything except CM.
right-click an object or select it and click f4 to open the size and position window, measurements are in what you set.
Open Gallery and drag and drop/click and drag to insert something.
right-click an object or select it and click f4 to open the size and position window, measurements are in CM now.
The visual display of the margins does not change, this does not happen with ‘insert shapes’ option.

Have you restarted LibreOffice now?

I created a document, set units to inches, saved and closed it. Still in inches.
Added a item from gallery, size and position window is in CM.
saved. size and position window is in CM.
closed and reopened, size and position window is in inches.
added another item from gallery and it’s back to CM.

I am supporting a team who want to work in MM and be exact with placement of images.

Can other users replicate the issue?
