Build Ubuntu/Debian custom image on Windows machine

Hi Experts,

We tried lot of things using WSL on Windows box on Ubunty image but we are unable to build successfully. We are able to build on Windows machine for Windows environment. We need to build for Ubuntu as thats where our Lambda exists

We have codebase 25.8.0.1 and then we just got a very unique fix and we replaced only 1 code file so we can avoid lot of testing. We want to build custom image which is available as nightly build like this, https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/25.8.0.1/deb/x86_64/LibreOffice_25.8.0.1_Linux_x86-64_deb.tar.gz

Build on Ubuntu then?

We dont have Ubuntu instance. We are looking to have custom build so we can deploy instead of getting one official from LibreOffice as we dont want to put whole new version for just 1 bugfix
