Building Summary Sheet From Multiple Sheets

Hello,
I am trying to make a calc document that will track competitive marksman’s scores for the year. I want it to include each category of target hit and total hits for the match (month). I want to be able to have a yearly total page (summary) that combines each competitor’s score as the year progresses. For the individual tabs I have, Jan, Feb, Mar, … Etc. The problem I am having is, for example, in January, Bob G., Sam W. and Fred F. were ranked 1, 2 and 3. Then in February, Bill Z., Jacob L. and Sal A. were ranked 1, 2, and 3 (and Bob, Sam and Fred were absent from the competition). What I want to do is transfer all month’s data automatically the summary page without combining different competitor’s scores. I do want to combine the same competitor’s scores for multiple contests throughout the year in the summary.

Is this even possible?

Thanks,
Dan

maybe upload an ods example …

Take care of the bug:
[EDITING] Menu/Data/Consolidate, Only the last range to consolidate is saved in the file.

I attached the file I am working on. Is there a way to keep the names separate in the summary tab so that the individual competitors’ scores don’t combine?

Enter the data records in exactly ONE sheet ( I’m pretty sure there enough rows for the next 100 years of »competitions« ) and use ⇒Data⇒Pivottable…
