The specific problem I face while using Writer is , for the sub-levels, the indentation of the bullets/numbering towards the right does not take place. With great difficulty I can fix this some times, but not always. In other words,
Instead of

I get,
I did not face such simple problems in earlier version of Office , but only in the newer versions.
I think there is more than sufficient information in the post, and you clearly know what I mean. Nevertheless, the version of your Libre Office I use is 6.0.7.3. I use the Bullet button on the tool bar for creating an item list and use the right indent button on the tool bar to increase the indentation level, but the right indentation does not take place. I worked around by changing the paragraph settings for the bullet list, but even that does not work now. I would not have bothered you, but chose to post out of sheer frustration.
BTW, for being rather poor ape’s and clone’s of Unix and Microsoft products giving both of them a bad name, that is a pretty arrogant comment; but perhaps not as presumptuous as you trying to champion the cause of freedom. If you cannot even properly cut and paste proprietary buggy code to begin with, without introducing more bugs into the code, what are the odds you will liberate and free your own malware, spyware, trashware, recyclebinware of your own bugs even, much less actually design and develop software that is truly in honor of and a testament to and a tribute to true freedom and true liberation, and a shining example of what propriety(not misspelt) software should be. Could you possibly value freedom more than money, both yours and others ? Money does not even buy itself and cannot even keep its own value, and the value of today’s money is always less than the value of yesterday’s money, and money is always only the bottom line, never the top line, and the products that money buys are always only above the top of the line in terms of price but also always below the bottom of the line in terms of quality. I guess, if you cannot be of help, you can always be of harm and expect other people to stay out of your harm’s way.
