Obviously I have done something wrong. Calc background is gray. Will not print correctly
Test with menu File - Print Preview (Ctrl+Shift+O). Do you see the background gray? If not, it is the document background color.
Defining Background Colors or Background Graphics
Appearance (Aplication Colors in older versions)
Ctrl+Shift +0 showed grey screen, the number in one cell shown. When I try to print it only prints this one cell.
I tried Cells to select a background color, It made no change.
Under File there is no choice Insert Image.
If the spreadsheet looks white but print preview shows grey, then it could be in the spreadsheet. Click Format > Page Style > Background and click None
Try clicking Format > Print ranges > Clear to remove the old range of one cell.
Or select the cells that you want to print and click Format > Print ranges > Define
Please upload this file with one cell, then we will move from the realm of fortune telling to the realm of precise knowledge.
Attached is the spread sheet.

So, here’s the diagnosis.
-
The gray background color is due to the page break view mode. Change:
Menu/View/Normal -
The cells to print are defined in
Menu/Format/Print Ranges/Edit...
Currently, only cellV4is printing.
You can clear the list of cells to print using theClearitem in the same menu.
Thank you SO much for your help. All of my problems have been fixed.
