Calc becomes unresponsive when opening a second XLSX file from Outlook

If I have Calc already open, and I open an attached XLSX file from Outlook 2016, the sheet appears to open but the screen is all grey. The first sheet I had open shows its data, but the cursor is missing and the application appears non-responsive. The only way to recover is to close Calc down entirely. I’ve tested these same steps with XLS and CSV files and do not have the issue.

I’ve checked my file associations and everything is set the same between XLSX and XLS.

Does anyone have any ideas what the issue could be? This has happened with the last couple of versions of Calc.

OS: Windows 2016 Server with Citrix XenApp 7.15 (also happens when you RDP in)
LO: (32-bit)
Outlook: 2016 32-bit
