Suppose I select all rows except the first two. Then I go to Sheet/Delete rows. Nothing happens. I need to be able to export a spreadsheet with no empty rows but I cannot do that. I know about select all, Autofilter, but that is no good to me when I cannot delete the rows.
Rows and columns cannot be deleted, only their content.

I need to be able to export to .csv with no empty rows. Maybe I will try to select only the rows with content and see if I can either save selection as .csv or export selection as .csv?
