Calc Forgets Page Style Changes

I use Format-Page Style to turn Header and Footer on. I save the file. Next time I open the file, the Header and Footer are no longer on. How do I make my Page Style changes permanent?
Version: 7.2.2.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 02b2acce88a210515b4a5bb2e46cbfb63fe97d56
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

It looks exactly like bug tdf#144940. When can we expect it to be fixed?

please edit your question with details of the version of LO you are using and the platform (windows/Linux etc)

An attached example document showing the problem for you would be helpful, if not necessary.

Some questions come to mind anyway: In the Stylist there should be shown at least two page styles: Default and Report. Additional page styles may be defined.

  1. Are you sure you edited the style assigned to your sheet?
  2. Are you sure the edited style (having Header/Footer enabled) is actually assigned to all the sheets you actually print? (Different sheets can have different page styles.)

Did you experience the problem also with a different version of LibreOffice Calc?

Likely bug tdf#144940.
