Calc formulae some work, others don't

Hopefully, the attached file will be self explanatory, this problem is the same as a previous post, same problem encountered. Some formulae work, others in different spreadsheets, same formulae don’t.
The attached file has two sets of data, one entered by the keyboard, the other by copy and paste from a
different spreadsheet. All formulae relating to the keyboard data are correct. The formulae relating to the copy and paste are the same formulae just different ranges. Any clues as to why they don’t work will be helpful. I am trying to migrate from WPS, has been a challenge.

The data in column H has a space at the end of the word.
Select the data, and with Search and Replace [Ctrl+H], replace the space with nothing, or add a space after the word in COUNTIF function.

Thank you, I have fixed the problem now that I know what was wrong.
I have also found the same in column F, have not proved it yet, but now you have told me how to do the job. I will do the
same with column F and I am sure it will solve the problem, so thank you again for your help.
