Greetings, first user here. I create a sheet do some calculations and highlit all cells and set my number format thinking naively that I need only do this once but every time I type a number into a cell it defaults to the “general” number format. I obviously want to set a global format but only at sheet level. What’s the way to do this. Obviously I can wait until I’m finished but that’s a bit pants.
Here’s a happy update folks. If you highlight the whole sheet from the left hand top corner the global format does not persist. If, on the other hand you highlight the columns up top and sweep along left to right then the formatting does persist. There you go.
Seems like you use some old version, with that bug unfixed (tdf#153527)…
