Calc is not opening "write access'' password dialog box

I created Excel 2019 file with password to “Öpen” file and a second password for “Write access”. When I open file in Calc (LibreOffice 7.402.3 x64), I can enter password to open file but there is no option to enter password for write access. The file, as a result opens as read-only. How can I enter the ‘‘write access’’ password?
