Calc : missing result when compare text with charactor (. * ? \

When I compare text =“CarTag”="@CarTag"
result “True”.
And result will “True” after I change “@” to “.”, “*”, “?”, “”, “&”, “[”, “]”, “{”, “}”, “(”, “)”, “!”, “@”, “#”, “/”, “%”, “,”, “:”, “;”, “’”, “”"
What wrong with this formula? Help me.

I use LO 4.1.1 on Window7 (32 bit)

This problem will continue in LO 4.1.2.3

Look at the option in:

Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice calc/Calculate - Search criteria = and <> must apply to whole cells.

and mark it.

Thank you for your answer.
I try that, but got the same result.

Right it is only for functions. Formula =“CarTag”="@CarTag" is false and =“CarTag”=“CarTag” is True for me. Try resetting the user profile, sometimes solve strange issues https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile

I’m try to reset user profile then try again but the result is the same.

I’m try to install LO 4.0.5 and try it again, at this time, the result is coorect, why?
