so I started using LibreOffice recently, and I had this weird bug, where my mouse snapped to the top of the first line with the letters.

The snapping is only downwards, and happened only on one document(after I restarted Libre Office Calc it went away)
Which version of LibreOffice and did you try to disable OpenGL or Skia rendering (which one depends on the version of LibreOffice) in Tools -> Options -> View -> Graphics Output?
as I have stated, it started working after I restarted the program, so not sure what caused it in the first place.

Then you are wrong here. This site is users trying to help other users with their questions related to LibreOffice usage. If you intend to make developers aware of a problem, please file a bug report at bugzilla
