CALC moving cells by dragging

I write a number into a cell. Then I need to move that cell in a different position. My user expectation is to identify the cell (so highlighting the cell border), pick the cell border anywhere and drag the cell to the new position. No way! Is it possible to have this feature?

My user expectation is to identify the cell

You must first select the cell:

• Hold click and drag out of the cell and in again, release the button; the cell will get a selection color)
• With keyboard: hold Shift while Down arrow, Up arrow (or Right arrow, Left arrow)

Now you can drag from within the selected cell to the new position.
