Calc, open a menu sheet

How do I open a particular sheet, when opening a multi-sheet document, eg, a menu sheet.

Maybe I didn’t explain myself to well. When opening the document I want it to open to a particular sheet, in this case, the menu sheet.

Before closing, save the file with the menu sheet active.

Sorry, that’s not really what I want… I can do it easily in Excel, no matter what sheet is open, when it is closed…it will always open on the menu sheet.
