Calc: Search bar doesn't select previous entry

I’m using recent version 7.0.1.2 on Arch Linux and from last major update I’m very unhappy with Calc’s CTRL+F function which I use on daily basis. The last searched entry is not selected so one have to delete it first.

It is also pain when one is using linux with primary clipboard (quick-copy) then selecting the old text replaces what I need to put into the search.

I can’t find any option affecting this. :frowning:
How to solve it please?

The last searched entry is not selected so one have to delete it first.

That seems to be a problem of your specific LibreOffice package (probably from Arch repositories directly). I’m using 7.0.2.2 from TDF (libreoffice.org download) and subsequent CTRL+F selects the last searched entry (and could be immediately overwritten by the content of the clipboard using CTRL+V).

Can't comment on your "*.. also pain ...*, since I don't understand what you mean by that, but it seems to me being a consequence of the first problem.
