Calc to pdf with column A1 as TOC

I have a spreadsheet where in column A I have titles of articles and in column B I have some text content like summary or short articles. Usually cells in column B contain several sentences. Sometimes there are manual line breaks within cells. This is all stored in one file, one spreadsheet.

Is it possible to to export directly or via Writer this data so that I can create pdf file where content of column A will automatically become table of content? And when I click in this document on some title taken from column A (for example cell A56) it will take me to corresponding article from B56 cell.

If this can’t be achieve directly, what would work as a workaround, preferably with software available for Linux?

can’t see calc doing this out of the box.
it’s more like just using writer with titles and paragraphs ?

Otherwise, you can use extra tools like pdftk.

Thank you for pdftk link. It appeared to be easy, format font in column A for example bold or / and color, copy table in calc, paste special in writer as formatted text (RTF). It will paste table → convert table to text. And after that as usual.
