Calc Where to best have a community discussion of a "collection of enhancement requests" before making the first bug report

I do understand that this ask.libreoffice.org site is not the place to have the discussion of an enhancement request for any given LO product.
I do also understand that the policy at bugs.documentfoundation.org is that only one issue per bug report is to be discussed.

So I am asking here:

  • Where is there a forum that might be suitable for discussing a design target specification for some existing/future feature of LO Calc ?

In case it helps you guide me to the best forum, the target specification that I wish to discuss is:

  • the current vs desirable behaviour of Data:Form (Alt+d+o) a.k.a. Data Entry Form

Recognizing that many users will have many potentially differing expectations of what is intuitive behaviour I’d prefer a discussion before jumping into generating what could be several (10-12) bug reports if distilled to just one issue per report. This is because an individual issue that is described out of context can often make no sense.

File a common bug report with a top-level explanation; attach some mockups there. You will be guided there then, if you need to split it into separate reports.

Keep it simple. A “discussion” elsewhere makes no sense. It requires efforts, only to require efforts later again. If needed, you may do it in the opposite order: file the bug, then post a question here, asking for opinions. Then those opinions may arrive there in the report.
