Can an individual create screen tutorials of ones Libre office skills as a jobseeker to put in their digital work skills folder?

I found out from OBS Studio forums that it is OK for me to do screen tutorials with OBS Studio since it is Opensource with a GPL license. I am asking Libre Office if it is within Libre Office’s GPL license Terms of use to allow me to screen capture or Windows capture Libre Office Calc or Writer within OBS software to show my Libre office skills, save it in .mp4 format & put screen recording of my Libre Office skills in my Digital work skills portfolio?
