I accidently copy pasted a text over the wrong text, then saved the file. Moments after I realized I put the copied text on top of the wrong text. This covered text is now gone, since i saved the file. Anybody a solution? Many thanks

If you closed the file, then no. If you have the file still open, then just undo (Ctrl+Z) until you reach the state just before wrong paste, and save at this point.
That was the first thing I tried, Unfortunately the undo button didn’t want to go back until te point of recovering the text.
Try to find .tmp files in your Libreoffice folder (C:\Users\User Name), there are maybe old versions of your document that can be recovered.
