can i rotate a text box

I’d like to be able to rotate a text box is that possible? I’m clicking around and don’t see any rotation thing. It would be an awesome feature. I tried scribus but it’s crazy complicated.

I’m using decorative symbols that I want to place around the text like a border pattern. Thanks Robin

Right-click on the text box and select Rotate

And pressing Shift while rotating will constrain the angle (by default to every 15°)

Choosing Position and Size… (instead of Rotate) will open a dialog, and in the Rotation… tab you can type an angle.
