can i sort in a 'report' view of a data base

created a data base, simple, names, etc in alphabetical order in a ‘table’
skipped over one name
added name and moved it to keep alphabetical order

however, in the report i created i can’t sort or know how to move the name to where it should be

when i print a report the name is out of order same thing with a form i created

please advise

In the report wizard, use the sort options to select the field and then ascending or descending either of which will reorganize the list alphabetically. Or, for an existing report, edit the report and then choose the menu item view and sorting and grouping, then pick a field, sorting, etc.
