Can I use form fields in documents that can be saved as Word documents and OD Text documents?

Is there a way to use fill-in fields that are compatible between LibreOffice Writer and Microsoft Word?

We have hundreds of forms to migrate to LibreOffice. These should contain fields for users to fill in. These are mostly Word users.

Are there ODF fill-in fields that would convert the MS Word?

I hope for any kind of advice.

Have you tried creating a test document in Word, opening it in LibreOffice and saving it as ODT?
