Can individual slides have different size formats?

I would like to know if LibreOffice Impress supports having individual slides in the same presentation have different size formats?

My online search had already given me results indicating that different master slides can be made with different formatting and then assigning these to each slide I want to have different. However when attempting to do this, any change I make to a master slide seems to apply to the other master slide as well.

And simply changing the properties on a single slide has the changes mirror through all of them.

I am currently running LibreOffice Community version 7.3.7.2 on Linux.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m afraid you can’t. The Slide menu defines global (shared) properties.

You can design several masters but they are all jailed into the “page format” globally defined.

One poor workaround would be to create another master slide with different margins. But this is still inscribed within the global page format.

Well that is too bad to hear, but it is good to get a definitive answer so quickly. Thank you.

It is tdf#49787 - note that Impress and Draw are internally the same.
