Is there a version 7 import filter that can handle these files

I have not any other informations. I just googled them.
DLP libraries are included into LibreOffice, you don’t need any extensions. If LibreOffice does not open your file, it means that the respective library has a bug, which needs a report, with a sample document to enable developers to reproduce and fix.
