Can one copy a sheet to a new one and keep column widths & row heights?

I use a spreadsheet for monthly records, with different column widths & row heights. When I select the whole sheet and try to copy it to a new sheet (either using Paste or Paste Special) the column widths & row heights revert to standard and have to be adjusted individually.

Is there a way of copying the sheet formats so that the new sheet is an identical copy of the original?

Drag the sheet tab while press [Ctrl] and you get a copy of the sheet.
