Can you edit a Publisher file in Track Changes mode like you can a Word file in Microsoft Word?

I’m helping a friend with the draft of a book and he has asked me to edit the document. I’d like to be able to edit the .PUB file so that he can see the changes that I have made and then choose whether to accept them or not. Is this possible when using LibreOffice?

The review function is available in LibreOffice [only] for text documents and spreadsheet documents.
