Can you help on LibreOffice628 install failure?

Downloaded LibreOffice628 on macOS Catalina 13.0.4 and copied to Applications folder. However won’t start up. Error message

“LibreOffice628” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

Can anyone help?

There is no such version - macOS Catalina releases have version numbers 10.15.x (currently 10.15.2)

Bother. Catalina 10.15.2. It’s Safari that’s 13.0.4.

In short: In Finder go to Applications and use Right click - Open on LibreOffice.app
