Cannot center a picture

i had a file that was created be MS Word, in which there is a picture created by that software, when i converted the file to .odt with libreoffice i cannot center that image, and there is no style attached to it.

Set the image to anchor as paragraph; right click and choose Position and Size and adjust as necessary.

Right click the drawing object and select Position and Size. In the Position and Size tab:

• Select Anchor To character
• Untick Protect Position

OK and drag object to wherever you want
