Cannot enable Record Macros. Directions in Wiki are incorrect

I am using OfficeLibre version 4.3.2.2 on OS X Version 10.9.5. I cannot figure out how to enable Record Macros. The directions in the Wiki are incorrect. They state to do the following:

If Tools - Macros - Record Macro menu item is missing, make sure that macro recording feature is enabled in Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Advanced.

But Options does not exist.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is actually Libreoffice → Preferences → LibreOffice → Advanced → Enable macro recording (limited)

And it still does not work. Off to configure Macros, unfortunately with Microsoft Word. Sucks but oh well.
