Cannot install LibreOffice 3.6.3 on Windows XP

I try to install LibreOffice 3.6.3 on Windows XP and it keeps telling that I need to deactivate DEP. I did so for Windows Installer, but nothing …

In the meantime I had already uninstalled LibreOffice 3.3 and I can not install it back either. I Tried the same for OpenOffice 3.2 and nothing!

It seems that some windows update is preventing me from installing any OpenOffice/Libre Office version

Go to Control Panel, System, tab Advanced, Performance Settings, tab Data Execution Prevention (DEP) and select “Turn on DEP for essential Windows and services only”.
