Cannot save a presentation after importing an odg file

I’m using Fedora 25 and LibreOffice version 5.2.6.2

Version: 5.2.6.2
Build ID: 5.2.6.2-6.fc25

After I attempt to import an odg drawing from LibreOffice Draw into LibreOffice Impress, I cannot save the presentation as an odp. I get the following message:

Error saving the document :
Write Error.
The file could not be written.

This is not a permissions issue, nor does it have to do with /tmp. Steps to reproduce:

1. open LIbreOffice-Draw, create a drawing and save
2. open LibreOffice-Impress, create a presentation with a few slides
3. select Insert → File… choose the Draw file previously created
4. select File → Save
