The transpose under Paste Special in Calc does nothing. Made sure I have Java installed, but still no response in spreadsheet.
This made me look, and I do notice a “feature”-like issue. If you highlight part of an array formula range then use Ctrl+c you unknowingly get nothing copied. One would imagine that LO could copy the values from that part of the array formula results.
So, @CarolynsOffice22, you might be sure you are right-clicking and seeing that Copy is not greyed out at your source. Perhaps you aren’t even getting what you think into the clipboard for some reason.
And without Transpose, it works fine?
You can try it with a two dimensional cell rang in the Calc application.
Just copy - for example - a 4x5 size cell range with some content.
Then - on an another (empty) sheet - use the Paste special with Transpose option. the 4x5 size cell range will be pasted as a 5x4 size transposed cell range.
(The x/y coordinates of the cell range and the assigned cell contents will be swapped.)
