When I change to Bulgarian format the symbol can’t change the symbol it still comma. No setting change it to dot or other value. Can you help me to fix this problem?
I tried with format cell and language setting but no affect.
The official decimal separator for Bulgaria seems to be the comma though both the dot and the comma are commonly in use (Ref: Decimal separator - Wikipedia)
…which means that you have either to set another locale or to create a custom style.
Or you can go to Tools → Options → Language settings → Languages. There, untick Decimal separator key (won’t always work).
