Can't change image mode in Writer 26.2.2-3

I can’t seem to change the image mode on a png. Everytime I try to change the image mode to watermark (or any other mode), nothing changes and if I click off the image and click it back the mode goes back to default. Any way to fix this?

I tried switching DEs, updating, rebooting, nothing seem to work. Help would be very appricieated, Thank you in advance

I’m using Libreoffice writer 26.2.2-3 on Arch Linux (EndeavorOS) on KDE Plasma 6

This issue was already addressed a few days ago. At that time, it was recommended to make these settings via the sidebar (Ctrl+F5)until the toolbar is fixed.
